Maplewood HOA Billing and Email Signup

Whatever type of resident you are, sign up for email communications from the HOA here. This is also how the HOA board sets you up for billing (tenants will not be billed) and for sending notifications for membership meetings, votes, or community events.​​

Note: If you need to change your contact information or paperless choice at any point after signup, notify the board at maplewoodrenton@gmail.com so we know to update the billing system (this is not automatic).

  • If you are a homeowner and the primary billing contact and signing up for billing and email notifications, set your Resident Type to Owner-Occupied or Owner-Landlord and set I am the billing contact to Yes.
  • If you are a household member and just signing up for email notifications set your resident type to Owner-Occupied-Household-Member and set I am the billing contact to No.

  • If you are a renter/tenant and just signing up for email notifications set your resident type to Tenant and set I am the billing contact to No.
